In order to support our broad range of quality products, DS Chemport has established a network of highly trained and enthusiastic people, working both in the marketplace and in our branches and manufacturing facilities throughout Australia. Our customers needs are our greatest concern and our administrative staff are here to ensure that orders are promptly taken and scheduled accordingly, while the manufacturing team make every effort to ensure that products meet our quality standards and that they are packaged and delivered promptly.


Out in the marketplace, our technical personnel have a reputation for their extensive knowledge and hands on ability, from the largest newspaper to the smallest sheetfed printer. This depth of experience has come from years of working as printers or alternatively as scientists developing products for the printing industry. This fundamental understanding of the complexity of the printing process allows them to offer guidance with respect to product application but extends to include troubleshooting advice and product training that customers can depend on.


Being part of the Fujifilm Corporation, with an international presence, DS Chemport is able to draw on global product advancement and formulating strength while still maintaining a local development laboratory to tailor make products for Australian conditions. To ensure that we continue to meet our core business objectives we utilise long established practices to assess incoming raw materials, maintain physical and electronic record keeping systems and thorough product quality assurance methods. We have designed, documented and are implementing a business management system that complies with the internationally recognised Standard ISO 9001:2000 as well as the Australian Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management System AS4801.
